2. When Are Refunds Not Available?
Refunds are not granted for buyer’s remorse (changing your mind after purchase).
If the model has already been downloaded and used, refunds may not be possible.
Modifications made by the buyer that affect printability do not qualify for refunds.

Provide the order number, purchase details, and an explanation of the issue.
Attach screenshots or evidence if the model is defective.
